• Obtained dismissal of a race discrimination claim before the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for an employer with 300 employees and operations in several states.
  
  
• Settled a serious sexual harassment case against a retail business with 35 employees for less than the cost of defense.
  
  
• Obtained dismissal of overtime wage claims before the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement brought against a business in the entertainment industry with 150 employees.
  
  
• Obtained summary judgment in state court on behalf of the United States headquarters of an international company with 400 employees in this country, of discrimination claims based on race, gender, national origin, marital status, and religion.
  
  
• Successfully defended against claims of workers' compensation discrimination for a variety of clients, including a public entity.
  
  
• Filed suit on behalf of a client engaged in the manufacture and distribution of a specialized and innovative product against a former employee and his new employer for unfair competition and theft of trade secrets. The lawsuit resulted in immediate capitulation by the other side, a stipulated judgment in favor of our client, and payment of all of our client's attorneys' fees by the other side.
